About Us:

Job Title: Copywriting/ Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify content opportunities and trends.
Write compelling and engaging scripts for videos and reels. Develop and maintain content calendars that align with each client’s brand, audience, and goals.
Track and improve the KPI performance of content including views, followers, subscribers, and leads, and present weekly insights.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of content.
Identify and extract engaging clips from podcasts and YouTube videos.
Implement and manage marketing automations (e.g., ManyChat) and email newsletters to engage, nurture, and grow client audiences.

Job Title: Senior Video Editor
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and deliver 2 reels daily with top-tier pacing, transitions, effects, graphics, and music that hook and retain audience attention, and 1–2 long YouTube videos per month.
Understand the online business and entrepreneurship space to tailor visuals, effects, and storytelling that outperform social media benchmarks.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Runway to enhance efficiency and creativity in the editing process.
Continuously bring fresh ideas to the table by experimenting with new editing techniques and styles.
Communicate effectively with managers and keep them updated on progress and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
Strong communication skills in English.
